Contact Details Update Form

1. Prerequisites

Filling of Form:

The purpose of this Form is to update contact details of the current recognised persons and can be filled in by any person or organisation that is recognized by the Authority.
In the first section compare your Current Details as recorded by the Authority against the details provided via your e-ID Login. You can opt to change the Mobile Number and Email address by updating the changes in the corresponding fields within the e-ID Section.

In the General section tick the Use Details to indicate that you want to update the current details with the ones supplied in the e-ID Section. If you want to apply an alternate address, tick the appropriate checkbox and Lands Authority will be in contact on the provided email address with instructions on how to proceed. You may also opt to input some additional remarks in the appropriate section.

In the Property Specific Invoicing Email section, any properties linked with your account will be shown and you will be allowed to customise the invoicing e-mail for each property and select whether you want to receive invoices for that property by email. If left unticked, the usual delivery methods will be used.

The undersigned shall hold harmless the Authority from any claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation all claims for monetary loss) arising out of or in connection with this Contact Details Update Form.
